Discover all you need to know about our process, along with answers to frequently asked questions below.

  1. Please complete our enquiry form, and we'll promptly respond with our availability and request additional information.

  2. Let's schedule a meeting! This can be arranged usually online or over the phone, or we can meet in person over coffee! During our chat, we'll discuss your vision for your special day!

  3. We'll provide a quote detailing every item and a mood board for you to look over.
    - If you're satisfied with the quote, a non-refundable booking fee of £100, along with signing a contract, will secure your chosen date.
    - Once confirmed, we'll send a confirmation, allowing you to relax knowing your floral arrangements/styling are secured!

  4. Two months before the wedding, we'll schedule another appointment to review all details. Following this, we'll send a final invoice for your approval, with the final payment due two weeks before your big day.

  5. The wedding day arrives! We'll deliver your flowers and set up everything as planned, allowing you to relax and take in every moment of your special day!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Providing we haven’t bought or made anything specifically on your behalf this isn’t a problem.

  • This wont be a problem at all, anything on the quote can be added, removed or amended up until one month before the big day, However, the final quote amount cannot be reduced by more than 20% from the original agreed-upon estimate.

  • Our service includes dismantling and collecting any items you have hired from us from your venue unless arranged otherwise. We will leave all flowers for you and your loved ones to enjoy.

    There is an additional charge for this which is noted on your quote.

  • While we do have a minimum spend of £500 for weekend weddings during peak season (April-October), we also understand that each wedding is unique. If your budget falls below our minimum spend, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to accommodate intimate weddings and elopements too! Like most florists, we buy our flowers in large wholesale quantities however we do not sell excess florals to the general public if we were to have spares available so we have to make sure those costs are covered too.

    For example, we could make a small centrepiece for your registry table if we have to use excess flowers up.

  • No, you can hire as little or as much as you like!

  • Delivery and collection charges are calculated on mileage, quantities of items, hours it will take to set up, venue access times for set-up/breakdown, any venue access restrictions. They are always included on your quote.
